Terms & Conditions Dragon 99 – Complete Platform Guidelines for Malaysia

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and dragon 99 ("Platform", "We", "Us"). This document governs your access to and use of the dragon99.click website and all services, games, and products offered therein.

By clicking "Register", "Log In", or by accessing and using the dragon 99 platform in any manner, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, fully understood, and agree to be bound by all terms set out in this document, including Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy which form part of these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use dragon 99 services. Dragon 99 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

To register and use dragon 99 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• A citizen or permanent resident of Malaysia

• Registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other individual or entity
• Account has never been closed or suspended at dragon 99 previously
• Not currently on an active self-exclusion list on our platform

Each member is only permitted to register one (1) account only at dragon 99. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being frozen and all balances, bonuses, and winnings being forfeited without compensation. Dragon 99 reserves the right to use all available technical and verification means to detect and address multiple account situations.

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. You are responsible for keeping your account information current should any changes occur. Dragon 99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, particularly prior to processing withdrawals. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in a temporary account suspension.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dragon 99 account password and login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is deemed to have been carried out by you. Notify dragon 99 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

Dragon 99 supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods to make deposits and withdrawals convenient for you. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only.

Withdrawals are only permitted to the same payment method used for the original deposit (same-source principle). For first-time withdrawals, KYC verification may be required. Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours, depending on the method and amount.

• Maximum withdrawal: RM 50,000 per day (standard account)

Dragon 99 does not deduct any processing fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own charges beyond our control. Any losses arising from rate fluctuations or provider fees are the sole responsibility of the member.

Dragon 99 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions to members, including a Welcome Bonus of up to RM500, reload bonuses, cashback, and special festive promotions for Malaysian players. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• Each bonus carries its own rollover (turnover) requirement that must be met before withdrawals are permitted
• The Welcome Bonus carries a 10x rollover requirement on the total of deposit + bonus amount
• Wagers on different games may contribute at different rates towards rollover
• Baccarat contributes 20% towards rollover; slots contribute 100%; Sports Betting contributes 100%
• Dragon 99 reserves the right to void bonuses if abuse or fraud is suspected
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated
• Bonus validity is 30 days from the credit date unless otherwise stated

Dragon 99 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or terminate any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Abuse of the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, employing risk-free betting strategies solely to meet rollover requirements, or colluding with other members to manipulate promotions — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.

All bets and games at dragon 99 are subject to the following rules and conditions. By placing a bet or starting any game, you agree to comply with all of these rules unconditionally:

For Sports Betting — covering football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, and international leagues), badminton (BWF and local leagues), e-sports, and other sports — the official results announced by the relevant governing body are final. Dragon 99 will settle all bets based on those official results.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled by the member unless otherwise provided for under the rules of the relevant game
• Dragon 99 reserves the right to void bets in the event of a technical error or odds published unintentionally
• In the event of a postponed or cancelled match, the applicable bet settlement rules will apply
• All casino games (baccarat, blackjack, slots) use certified RNG or independently audited live dealers
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and table – check the details on each game
• Winnings resulting from technical errors or system bugs will not be paid out

Dragon 99 uses Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been audited and certified by independent, accredited third parties for all digital games. • Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes or promotions
• Using VPN, proxy, or any identity-masking method to access the platform
• Intentionally exploiting technical errors, bugs, or inaccurate odds
• Any attempt to hack, breach, or compromise the security of the platform
• Playing on behalf of an individual who has been placed under self-exclusion

Dragon 99 reserves the right to suspend, freeze, or close any member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to do so. Reasons for such action include, but are not limited to, a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or a business decision on our part.

Members also have the right to close their own account at any time by contacting the dragon 99 support team. Prior to closure, all active rollover requirements will be forfeited, and any eligible real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned upon completion of the review.

• Account closure requests are processed within 3–5 business days
• Eligible real-money funds will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
• Bonuses and credits with unmet requirements will be forfeited without compensation
• Accounts closed due to fraudulent activity will not receive any refund of remaining balance

The dragon 99 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, dragon 99 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or fitness of the platform for any particular purpose.

Dragon 99 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use our platform, including losses due to internet service disruptions, technical failures, or events beyond our control (force majeure).

It is the member's sole responsibility to ensure that use of dragon 99's services is lawful under the laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction. Dragon 99 makes no representations regarding the legality of using the platform in any particular jurisdiction.

All content on the dragon 99 platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, designs, text, graphics, images, software, and source code, is the exclusive property of dragon 99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, publish, upload, or sell any content from the dragon 99 platform without our prior written consent. Limited personal use for non-commercial purposes may be permitted, provided that all copyright and proprietary notices are retained.

Dragon 99 reserves the right to modify, add to, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Members will be notified of material changes via email, in-account notifications, or announcements on the dragon 99 website.

Your continued use of the dragon 99 platform after any changes to these Terms take effect will be deemed as your acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you have the right to close your account in accordance with the procedure set out in Section 7.
